I recieved my CBD Oil products from Oil Science South Africa, which I won through a competition they had. CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana).

CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, diluted with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil.

CBD oil has been studied in treating many common health concerns such as anxiety, depression, acne, heart disease, insomnia, pain relief, skin care and many more.

I am excited to use these products as I do suffer from insomnia and hope to find some pain relief from back and shoulder aches.

Winter fashion shoot with Zina Berecz

On a wintery and rainy day we could not ask for a better day and weather for our fashion shoot that took place on a farm in Malmesbury. Model Zina Berecz made every shot look effordless. Our theme was cow girl, check and denim and how to play up with it in terms of styling. I started with a natural look and warmed up the skin and lips as we went along. I curled and styled her hair as we changed outfits to compliment the full look.
